ZAP has a dual mold fighting ability. WE firstly infused ZAP with our secret mold killing formula, develop over a period of 8 years, that kills existing mold and mold spores. Our second and also very important attribute is that ZAP further encapsulation and acts to seal any remaining mold that can’t be otherwise removed from the surface it is painted over. ZAP also acts as a mold sealant helping with future prevention of mold growth and spreading.

Utilise a scrub brush to remove excessive mold growth. You may sand the area as well. Wear a N95 face mask and eye protection when doing remedial work. Wipe the area clean with a clean cloth before painting. Apply 2x coats of ZAP Mold Primer onto the area being painted. Best mold prevention results are created when pure acrylic paint or enamel matt paint is painted over the primer.
